These Terms govern your use of the websites operated by KUUSOUTOSHI AUDIO ("we", "us") and of our software products, including REVERVEIL (the "Software"). By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
When you purchase a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your own music production. One license may be activated on up to two (2) machines at the same time. You may free a seat at any time using the in-app DEACTIVATE function to move your license to another machine.
The Software is available as a free demo. In demo mode all features are accessible, with the audio output periodically interrupted until a valid license is activated. The demo is provided "as is" so you can fully evaluate the Software before purchase.
The Software, its presets, artwork, and all related materials remain the property of KUUSOUTOSHI AUDIO. Audio you create using the Software is yours; no rights are claimed over your music.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KUUSOUTOSHI AUDIO is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
Purchases are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Your order, billing, and tax are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their buyer terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
This policy explains what data KUUSOUTOSHI AUDIO handles when you use our website and Software. We aim to collect as little as possible.
When you activate or verify the Software, it sends your license key and a hardware identifier (HWID) derived from your computer to the license service (Lemon Squeezy) to confirm your license and enforce the two-machine seat limit. The HWID is a non-reversible identifier used only for license validation. After activation, the Software can run offline for up to 30 days before it re-verifies.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Information you provide at checkout (name, email, billing and payment details) is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy. We receive order and license details (such as your email and license key) to deliver the product and provide support. We do not receive your full payment card details.
If you email support@kuusoutoshi-audio.com, we use your message and email address solely to respond to your request.
Our website is a static site. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Standard server logs may be kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the email above. For data held by Lemon Squeezy, please refer to their privacy policy.
A fully functional free demo of REVERVEIL is available so that you can evaluate every feature and all presets before purchasing. Because you can try the complete product first, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Software, please contact support@kuusoutoshi-audio.com first — we will do our best to help resolve it.
Refunds, where granted, are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record in accordance with their refund policy and any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country. This policy does not override those statutory rights.
